Placement of Orders

How to Place an Order ?

Scrubs uniform offers a very simple and easy procedure. To order your products, the friendly approach to select your desired product comes by choosing the style, size, and color. Click on “Add to Cart” and the desired products will be displayed to your list. There you have complete access to update and delete as per your concerns. Further, you can check out or continue to shop more by choosing the given and relatable options.

Upon completion of your shopping, you can check your list by clicking on the shopping cart icon displayed at the top right of your page. If you find yourself satisfied, you can click on “Proceed to checkout” to complete your procurements.

How to track an order ?

Once you are done with your purchases, you will be provided a tracking number via email. The email contains a tracking number along with your order number where you can easily track your order by clicking “Order Status”. Furthermore, you will need to provide the order number and Email address.

How to use a promo code ?

At the bottom of the checkout page, there is a section provided named “other information”. You can enter the promo code in the promo code box and click “Apply”. If your applied code is valid/active, you will see the amount added in your total amount. One Promo Code is valid for one order only.

How can I view my past Orders ?

In order to view your past orders, go to “My Account” and log in to view the previous orders. Once you log in, you can view any order related to the email address in the order history section. In case you have placed an order with a different account or made an order as a guest, then the orders won't show up in the list.

What if an item I ordered is out of stock ?

If the item you have ordered is out of stock, then you will be notified via email with an expected date to get the item back. Usually the item is back in the stock within 3 to 30 days. In case you ordered more than one item, you will get your delivery more than once if the items ordered are more than one.

How can I change or cancel my order ?

You can make a call at (800)-406-7668 regarding any change with your order unless the order is not under processing or shipment. Make sure to provide the order number and email for the verification process.

Do you ship outside the USA ?

No, we don’t provide shipments outside USA.

How will my orders be shipped ?

They are being handled with FedEx smart post.

Group Orders

How can I place an order for a group ?

Just contact at (800)-406-7688 and our customer service team will guide you all the way to get your group order done. The contact timings will be Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm CST and Saturday 8 am to 5 pm CST.

What if I am unable to call during active hours ?

All you need to do is fill the contact us form or send an email to guestrelations@scrubsuniform.com. Our dedicated team will get in touch with you on the very next working day.

Are there discounts for group orders ?

Yes, there are several discount offers for your group order. The account expert will guide you through of the suitable discount offers.

Online Payment

Payments for Scrubs Uniform

Scrubs Uniforms deals online payments in Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Upon placement of orders, the amount you will be charged will be inclusive of applicable tax, shipping and processing. The items not present in the stock will be charged afterward upon availability, including all the tax on that item.

You will only be charged once for shipping and processing. The funds will be removed from your account once the order has been placed. The credit in your account will not be charged until and unless the items become available.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are confident enough that you love what you have ordered. In case you are not fully satisfied, you can contact us at www.scrubsuniforms.com. There is a duration of 45 days to return the item(s) purchased. For Further details, following are the queries answered briefly.

What qualifies as proof of purchase ?

The original paper invoice that is appended with your order is proof of purchase. For your convenience, your credit card that was used for online purchase is self-sufficient for the proof of purchase.

Can I just send the item(s) back if they fit me ?

You'll need to contact the customer services first. Upon checking the case, they will provide you an RMA number that you need to put on the item you are sending back. If the package is received without an RMA number, no further procedure will be followed.

What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged ?

Items that are handled carefully such as, unworn, not damaged and not washed are acceptable. Other than that, any defected item will not qualify for return and exchange policy.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item I bought online ?

After the purchase, there is duration of 45 days to return or exchange the gift. For item(s) returned via mail, it must be returned to our store within 45 days after ordering. A permit of 5-7 days for response mail will be appreciated.

If I return a gift purchased online, how will I receive a refund ?

The gifts bought online can be returned via mail or directly to the stores. If you have the gift receipt, you will get a gift card as refund with full amount of money as that of purchase price. In case you don’t have the gift receipt, then a merchandise certificate via mail will be sent with current the selling price.

How can I receive a refund for my order ?

For refunds you must have the proof of purchase. It covers the Invoice or the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

I received an item as a gift. How can I receive a refund ?

If you have the gift receipt when returning the gift, then only you will get the gift card of the purchase price. Gifts returned without gift receipt will get a certificate via mail as per the amount of selling price.

What is Shoe Return Policy ?

If the Shoe you purchased are defected, or you are facing size issues upon arrival, kindly contact us and we’ll co-operate to help you exchange the shoe.

Extended Holiday Return Policy

The items bought online or in stores in between Nov1st to Dec24th must be returned by Jan 15th or 45 days after the purchase. The Items returned via mail must be received to our facility within 45 days or Jan 15th after the purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

How long does it take to process the order?

It usually takes 2-3 business days to process your online order at www.scrubsuniforms.com. You can confirm the status of your order from our customer representative via email.

Shipping & Handling Policy

Delivery for an Item in Stock

The shopping bag you have at the time of the order contains the shipping charges and delivery dates. The information can also be accessed via email. The shipping and package is processed when we get complete credit card authorization. (Processing time is up to 2 business days).

  • Standard Ground is delivered in approximately 2-6 business days.
  • Premium Ground is delivered in approximately 2-4 business days, shipment outside the USA has not started yet.
  • The orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the next business days.

How does the 100% price match guarantee work ?

While purchasing, if you find a lower price on identical items online, Let us become aware so that we can match the lower price for you.

What am I supposed to do for a price match ?

In case you find a lower price while purchasing online, all you need to do is contact our guest service at (800) 406-7668 and provide them with the relevant URL and style number/item number where you have found the lower price. Once our team verifies it, we’ll let you know of the pricing adjustments and place your concerned order. We have our own standard prices, we don’t compare third party website prices.

Is there any exclusion to the price match guarantee ?

Scrubs Uniform offers price matching on all items except Dansko, Littman, and gift cards. As per our policies, we don’t price match retail locations or resale websites like eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Overstock, Jet, Target, Sears, 6 Pm, or Amazon. The price match is not done on clearance, closeout, or liquidation items. This offer is only valid online and subsequent purchase

Are tax, shipping and handling charges included in the price match guarantee ?

No. Shipping, tax, and handling fees do not fall in the price match category. It applies to retail and advertised sale price only

Does price match work if a coupon is used from another retailer ?

Yes, even if the price comes from a current coupon, the price match is eligible. The item must not be excluded from coupon to receive the price match.
