Thank you for shopping at www.scrubsuniforms.com where our goal is your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with anything you order, we will gladly accept your items as a return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. Please note that we are unable to accept Clearance, Customized or Embroidered items, and all returned items must be unwashed, unworn and with all tags intact with original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please send your item(s) along with a completed Return Form within 30 days of purchase to:

* You are responsible for return shipping costs so any carrier or service you choose is acceptable.

* Please allow up to 7-10 business days for a refund to be issued to the credit card used for purchase.

* All returns that do not result in an exchange will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.  Original shipping is non-refundable.

* Shoes must be in the original shoebox and then packed in a shipping box or there will be a $25.00 fee assessed.

* Items marked as *CLEARANCE* have been discontinued by the manufacture and are available on a while supplies last basis. No return or exchange is allowed on clearance items. All sales of clearance items are final.

Contact us at (972) 395-9111 to place your order. You will be charged for the replacement items and standard shipping costs. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue credit for the returned items.

Defective Items & Shipping Errors

If you received a defective garment or an item other than what you ordered, please call us at (972) 395-9111 so we can get you satisfied.
