However, if you are not 100% satisfied and decide your piece is not quite right, you have up to 31 days from the date of delivery to return your products. Please ensure your piece is in as-new condition to ensure a successful return, given that worn, washed, altered, or embroidered items cannot be accepted.

Please be informed that the client is liable for all shipping charges. We strongly advise sending your return via traceable mail. You can even use the prepaid shipping label we’ve enclosed with your package.
