Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at www.scrubsuniforms.com where our goal is your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with anything you order, we will gladly accept your items as a return or exchange within 14 days from the shipping date. Please note that we are unable to accept Clearance, Customized or Embroidered items, and all returned items must be unwashed, unworn and with all tags intact with original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

 

Returns

To initiate a return or exchange, please use our self-service returns portal here. You will receive a shipping label and return instructions through the portal. 

* You are responsible for return shipping costs if you did not check out with Redo

* Please allow up to 7-10 business days for a refund to be issued to the credit card used for purchase.

* All returns that do not result in an exchange will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.  Original shipping is non-refundable.

* Shoes must be in the original shoebox and then packed in a shipping box or there will be a $25.00 fee assessed.

* Items marked as *CLEARANCE* have been discontinued by the manufacture and are available on a while supplies last basis. No return or exchange is allowed on clearance items. All sales of clearance items are final.

 

Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, please use our self-service exchange portal here. You will receive a shipping label and return instructions through the portal. 

* You are responsible for return shipping costs if you elected to not checkout with Redo

* Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your exchange to be processed.

* Your credit card will be refunded for the returned item(s). A new charge will be issued for your new item(s) plus any applicable shipping costs.  Original shipping is non-refundable.

* Shoes must be in the original shoebox and then packed in a shipping box or there will be a $25.00 fee assessed.

* CLEARANCE item sales are final and can NOT be exchanged or returned.

 

What is Redo?

When you opt-in for Redo at checkout for only $1.98, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund, store credit or exchange without having to pay for your label.

 

If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

 

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

 

Exchange by Phone

Contact us at (972) 395-9111 to place your order. You will be charged for the replacement items and standard shipping costs. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue credit for the returned items.

 

Defective Items & Shipping Errors

If you received a defective garment or an item other than what you ordered, please call us at (972) 395-9111 so we can get you satisfied.
